Need a second computer? one for the kids? or your Mother-In-Law?
We specialize in refurbished computer systems and laptops which are ideal for personal use, not-for-profit organizations or for a second home computer. Desktop and tower models are available.
We setup and prepare these "off lease" computers which have genuine Pentium, Celeron or AMD processors. They will provide you with enough computing power to do your word processing, accounting, Internet and most graphic, photo editing or desktop publishing programs. We make sure each system has the right amount of RAM to meet your specific computing goals. Most are licensed with Microsoft Windows of one version or another and that is most often what determines the cost so if you have your own operating system it can save you money once again. We would be happy to install it for a small fee.
All are high speed ready with ethernet cards installed or onboard. Dial up modems are an extra cost and vary in price but are usually around $25.00 for a software based modem to $ 59 for a good hardware based one.
All systems can be tailored to your needs. For example, systems can come with or without monitor, keyboard, mouse etc. to keep your costs down-it all depends on what you need! We try to be very flexible and if you can use your components to keep your costs down, we will work with you to achive your goals.
Systems can be set up with any of the many quality Linux distributions available too. Just give us a call and let us know what you would like, or we can help you choose what type of setup might be suitable for your needs.
All systems come with a 90 day warranty and 90 day technical support. All systems leave here with the right amount of RAM for the installed configuration.
We will install your own operating system at no cost, configure your system, partition your hard drive and install a suite of freeware utilities and programs that will enhance the performance of your computer and provide you with some great programs to get you started such as free Antivirus, free firewall, productivity suites such as full office suites and graphic/photo editing programs.
We want to be set apart by the personalized service we provide and those little extras that are useful to anyone computing today. At-home-setup can be arranged for a small cost.
